David Arkless is ManpowerGroup's President of Corporate and Government Affairs. In addition to being a world-renowned expert on the labor market trends and a regular advisor to the US Department of State and various EU departments, David manages ManpowerGroup's strategic relationships with high power groups such as the World Economic Forum where he is one of the founding members of WEF's Global Agenda Council on the Skills Gap. David is a regular speaker at high profile events. 

Ric Roi is a Senior Vice President with Right Management , serving as the head of the Global Center of Excellence for Talent Management.  He is based in Singapore and  brings over 20 years of international consulting experience to his role specializing in strategic  talent management. Ric has provided advising and consulting services to a wide range  business leaders and Global 500 corporate clients in the Americas, Asia and Europe.  He is a frequent keynote and corporate event speaker.

Eeva Salonen is Kemira's Executive Vice President of Human Resources since 2008. She is also a Member of Strategic Management Board.
